The Industrial Laboratories Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that method validation studies have been completed for the detection, quantitation, and confirmation of 4-methylaminorex and aminorex in animal plasma / blood / and urine using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MSMS) with multiple reaction (MRM) mode.

Method LOD: 0.3 ng/mL in plasma and urine

Method LOQ and Limit of Confirmation: 5 ng/mL in plasma and 1 ng/mL in urine
